MATERIALS

1. After your purchase, you will be able to download the cards sheet
2. Print the document on both sides to include both front and back graphics.
3. Cut the cards following the lines.
4. Optional: You can add a small thread to hang the cards on palm trees.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. It is recommended to do this as a solo exercise.
2. Whichever card shows up to you, consider as if it was meant to you. Use your intuition.
3. Don’t stop at the first answer or thought that comes to mind. Stay there a little longer and continue to dig deeper. You can go as deep as your capacity allows it to be.
4. You can spend as much time as you want on any card if it is still pulling your attention. This is not a competition and it doesn’t matter how many cards you go through.
5. Listening to music (without lyrics) while doing this exercise can help stimulate train of thought.
6. Please remember to remove the cards if placed in a public park.
7. Play with your intuition. Some questions are meant to be deep, but you don’t necessarily have to get serious. Sometimes coming up with silly answers can help you to eventually reach something real.
8. Take this mindset with you in your next nature walk. And with whatever problem you might be facing.
9. Use your imagination, if you don’t believe trees have a Character, role-play!
